Competitive tenders are invited from interested parties for executing the work under the project titled "2024-25 Meloor Grama Panchayat Office Electrification - Extension (Project No. 241/26, 137/27)", which is included in the Annual Plan 2026-27 of Meloor Grama Panchayat and approved by the District Planning Committee. Terms and Conditions
The prescribed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Tender Form Fee must be remitted along with the tender.
A preliminary agreement executed on a stamp paper worth ₹200/- and a copy of the GST Registration Certificate must be enclosed with the tender.
The full authority to take decisions regarding the tender shall be vested with the Panchayat Committee.
If the day scheduled for receiving tenders happens to be a holiday, the tender procedures will take place on the next working day at the same time.
Upon receiving notification of tender approval, an agreement must be executed with the Grama Panchayat on a stamp paper worth ₹200/- within 7 days.
The provisions of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act & Rules and the Store Purchase Rules shall be applicable to this tender.
